And try to recycle the team's  weakness into something useful! To effectively lead  and motivate the  team to throw in all they have got  for the bottom line requires great wisdom and sacrifice! AND IT DOESN'T COME CHEAP!


A leader  builds the winning team through supportive training and also by recruiting the best and pushing them relentlessly  with NO FEELINGS , NO CHARITY AND NO LOYALTY! Those who thrive and do better than they could u keep and those who don't u let go so that they can fit in some place else where their strength can be established! That is great  leadership.



Sometimes because of our human factor, it's hard to push the FIRED BOTTOM! But it appears that sometimes letting people go is the best thing that can ever happen to them and their career!
